no idea if they would cause the car to fail an MOT but yes they're illegal... but as i said, it a different matter as to whether the police would stop you for it. if they pull you for something else and its dark, make sure you turn your lights off before he gets the chance to have a look around the car! :)

ye they can be white or blue look, personal preference really, what about a new gear knob or handbrake handle? lowering your car? quite expensive but worth the 100-150 quid in my eyes. not sure what else to suggest to you.

hertz components in the front. i havn't upgraded the head unit yet but i've been eying up a dvd player with all the toys only £150 from halfords that may be my next buy...

i'm really kean on the new bulbs tho
 
i have got fusion components atm in the front and they are definately a step up from standard, it was the first thing i done, and is definately worthwhile.
