I don't think I have ever seen an estate that had a rear end identical to the hatchback version. Because they want a flatter loading bay.
Am prepared to be wrong on that tho!
Estates always have a different tailgate and rearlights. Atleast thats what I've noticed.

Have to agree with the beast about a lower boot lip been needed especially when you end up at comet and try to slide a washingmachine in without wrecking the bumper

Skoda Felicia Estate has exactly the same tailgate as the hatch
i am not sure if i like it or not
i have always felt that estate cars have one purpose and one purpose only, for peopl with kids. in my opinion and estate would ruin what is a lovely car. but that is just my personal opinion.

I think it looks very pretty, but this very "styled" approach may not give much increase in load. The Linea looks terrific as well. Perhaps the can call it the Fiat Barber, short for "anything for the weekend?"
