General Complained to Fiat-Deal or No Deal?

Hello again T.

Ive tried 2 dealerships so far m8. Both as bad as each other.:D

My next nearest dealer is.....east ham....and i dont fancy going there, bit of a dodgy area compared to costa del Essex lol.

I wish u worked at my local dealership, at least the work would get done. There is always some excuse or another as to why they couldnt do it. They recon they were going to get a paint specialist to look at the paintwork....that was a month ago and still no word...i think their blagging me. Parts always come from Italy for some reason...never any in stock?

Im due some compensation soon, so i think i may just get shot of it and get a Mini cooper sport....or something along them lines. Dont even have to pay for a service on them, its all included in the price.:slayer:

theres gnna hav 2 b some form of advert at this point because i have not yet rung them as i have been to busy! please tune in at the end of the week!? lol

It's now the end of the week and i think the adverts are over, I've tuned in to hopefully see the end of this thread and we all want to know is it ------------------------------------- Deal or No Deal jskn? :D

well im back from a night out...and id like to tell u all....DEAL!!!

FIAT UK are shockingly bad at Customer Services, my Stilo ate two full sets of tyres in the first 8000 miles, they were so worn on the front inners thay were dangerous.

After much complaining, letters, photos and lots of ball busting, I got a £50 voucher as compensation from them.

Happy.................not.

Why? why? WHY??? do people always assume they are automatically entitled to some sort of compensation if they have issues with a brand new car....YOU DONT!! other than to have it repaired free of charge under the terms of the warranty agreement. Fiat and their dealers may choose to make goodwill gestures if you are inconvenienced but they are under no legal obligation too. Same for Rejection, people talk about rejecting a car as if its easy as filling it up with petrol. GET REAL.....do some homework and find out what exactly is involved, its a long, drawn out, expensive legal affair with no guarantee you will win at the end of the process.

Sounds like a very hungry car:devil:
why has your stilo worn out two sets of tyres bad driving perhaps ? or something else?

I think you kinda summed that up well 'sledge' (I know you have had first hand experience of this) & this thread!

Was doing a little 'homework' earlier....search on google the following;

'-------- poor customer services' (obviously fill in the blanks with manufactuers name) & you will be very surprised & shocked, you might also realise fiat customer services are no worse than anyone else...infact compared to some major manufactuers they are quite good;)

T?
It makes me laugh mate, people come in here, rant and rave, say I am gonna do this and I want that.....9 times out of 10 they dont know what it is they are even talking about .........let alone stand any chance of getting it.

Best one I've ever read is someone threatening to drive through their dealer's showroom in their GP and showering those people inside with glass whilst they duck for cover :D
