Everything you need can be gotten from ebay, certainly that's where I got it all from, if you're not keen on ebay - the fogs can be bought direct from Fiat and the relay/fuseholders/switch/wire should all be available at your local auto electrical place, possibly even from electronics places like Maplin.

It was a while ago so I don't have the link anymore but - when getting the lights themselves, avoid the cheap ones from Bulgaria as they are terrible quality. The relay was easy enough to find - just make sure the picture on the top matches up with the one in the guides, blade type fuse holders are standard fare, as are the blade fuses and the 18gauge wire. Post up links to anything you're not sure about and we'll soon tell you if it's right or wrong

Re: Fitting front fog lights

Hi there! I loved this guide. It was one of my first mods (I'm going to modify mi rally fog lights now though... its gonna look awesome! wait for the thread )

I have a question though... can I fit a led to the dash where the original fog lights indicator is?

my idea is to fit a green led with a resistor where the original used to go but i don't know if its going to fit in there or not.

Has anyone done this? it would look pretty stock

Re: Fitting front fog lights

But I don't intend to use the original led, i want to fit an external one but I don't know if it will fit between the pcb and the "black thing with the numbers printed on". Should I use a 5mm green led or maybe a SMD led (I think these are too small though and won't iluminate the icon completely).

Where can i find a opened dash to see how all fits in there?

Re: Fitting front fog lights

I think I'm gonna try to do this:
http://procustomizers.com/showthread...-wire-SMD-LEDs

And install it behind the fog light indicator in the dash

You can also buy them here:
http://www.oznium.com/prewired-surface-mount-led

as you can see they are very thin:

Here's a video on how to diy:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKxY0...yer_embedded#!
and the leds:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/150786811714...ht_3343wt_1037

If I insulate well the back of the led, then i shouldn't have any problems putting it in front of the original fog light indicator led....right? but does it fit between the original led and the black thingy?

Re: Fitting front fog lights

If by 'stoke' you mean 'stock' then no, because that switch sends a signal to the body computer rather being a simple on/off switch.

Re: Fitting front fog lights

Hi everyone,

I know I am late to the party but i recently got a GP and I have came to realise I really like them with fog lights.

I am thinking about buying some and fitting them with some help for my mate. The main question I have is, is it possible to wire it so the fuse is the one in the fuse box? Meaning the fogs are wired to the fuse box and the fuse is in the standard front fog light position.

If not there in the sequence do you but the fuse? I don't understand that part of the install. I have seen a relay on eBay with the fust built into the top, is this what every replay is like?

Thanks for any help given
