We have a little problem. The decided date of Butlins was 21-24th September

This also happens to be the same weekend as the Auto italia event at Gaydon which is on the Sunday.

We have two options. We could still go ahead with booking the weekend which means those who wanted to go to both unfortuneately cant.

Or we could book butlins for the next most popular date which is the weekend after.

Sorry guys this is my fault. i didnt realise and AI havent officially released the event dates yet

I will go with what ever, don't think I will be doing Gaydon this year anyway

Being events mod i have to promote both. If the people that are going butlins arent fussed about attending gaydon then its not a problem.

ANYWAY - need more replies guys i dont want any complaints if it gets moved back a week

for me butlins takes precedence over gaydon, for obvious reasons, besides the chance to see the pole dance with sharon and tracey the trolley dollies would be worth missing gaydon for......

move butlins to the week after, it only a few votes between them - people can do either or both if they wish

As long as there arent any complaints about moving the FF Weekender back a week then I would prefer that to be honest.

I was intending to do both Butlins and Gaydon again this year.

To be honest there are only actually a few events in the whole year where we get a really big turn out of FF members.

However if moving Butlins back a week isnt going to happen then I will miss Gaydon and attend Butlins because there is no way in hell Im missing the FF Weekender, last year was awesome :slayer:

im happy either way but i suppose we could all get together for a pre-minehead warm up at Gaydon

we were debating this yesterday and would prefer to do the weekender over gaydon as it would probably be a case of one or the other.

Would you still be able to make it to the weekender if it was put back a week.

With the 21-24th being the favourite i dont want to put it back a week at the cost of people not being able to go
