Thats good, but what date is that one on? I thought we were going for the 10th if we are they appear only to do the Prancer option on that day I may be misreading thou

i have just called them and the 10th is ok, if people want this then they are going to have to book soon, tickets will be going fast.

Which is why we need to book as a party, once we got ideas of numbers and such like...

Maybe worth a ring to them, see how urgent this all is, even if a provisional booking.

i did call them and said i want to see what room there is left to book a party, he said how many,i said about 20ish maybe a lot more, he said there was plenty of space, so i said i would call him back when i had an idea...

From what was said you either make a proper booking or not at all.

Thats why i posted on the thread who is interested.

So just had another look on that date, for that venue - £25 tickets, Prancer event....

i'll call again when we have an idea of the numbers and find out if people can book seperate but with a reference of "fiatforum" so we are together.

Which is what I have done! Hope now you are altering to a party booking I am not left out.

No I am sure it is only the Prancer option for the 10th, but I looked the menu over on the booking form, as you can pre order if you want, and it is very good and cheap
I have not ordered food etc as I rather do it on the night.

I'll send you a copy of the booking if you want.

I now reckon that because you phoned up to do a party, they can cater for anything we want - a quick call back to him, to confirm the 10th December, Birmingham, seating arrangements, and the food options would be good....

I guess its make your mind up time
