these are fine for me: 29/30th aug or 11/12th july. but i cant do the others (one of the disadvantages of doing a HE course at college)

Why ??

This is getting rediculus how many times does Skeggy 19th/20th have to be highest vote count before we can book it

count me out folks as im not really into the family breaks anymore i love the over 18 weekenders much more fun ala old FF style

come to that show i text you about, thats adult or have a baby then you can go see bob

we need more people who havent been to a weekender to say what they want to do, we dont bite so why they no want to go

I'm inclined to agree with Baby here - the whole point of these is to get drunk and have a great time. You already said less people are coming, perhaps this is why.

Why not go for an 18+ one this time....

I havent been to a 18+ so i cant really comment to compare.

The family weekends havent stopped people getting trashed though have they?

Having never been to one, I put my name down expecting it to be an 18+ affair, what's putting me off is the thought of having little nippers/evil eye pokers there.

Looking at those dates though, the 18+ ones don't tie in anyway...

For the record, the first time we went it was the weekend of the 24th and plenty of people turned up then ..... Disco Inferno anyone ....?

its hard to decide so early in the year with my job situ etc but 25th is currently clear for us *i think*

Wont be able to make this as I'll be working weekends and Tom will have two kids to look after

P.s. just been looking at the old FF weekender pics...my god they were such a blast

it would be nice to try an encorage members with families to come though like it used to be with dawn an polecat. we do plenty of weekender shows that are over 16 only at night where people can come an go mad

Whilst that is true, you won't find many families who will want to come on a website trip away unless they have been members for a while and know a lot of people.

Plus the people you mentioned don't come anymore anyway ....

Why not consider a change for this year, if it's good then great - if not, we can always change it back next year

Fairest way to do it is take the 2 events and put a poll up.

suppose we would need to find out who would want to bring their kids. If no one does there is no point on the family weekend. But its a shame for those who would want to bring their family being excluded from an event which should be open to everyone on the forum.
