Has anyone got experience of this Leicester based Fiat / Alfa dealership? I've got my Stilo booked in for some warranty work on the 19th (wind noise from drivers door seal & creaky clutch pedal) and was wondering if they were any good?

Hi,

they seem ok if not a bit expensive on the parts and labour side.

I have found them reasonably helpful but not actually had any work done due to the expense!

I have asked them loads of questions regarding parts for my mods and the parts dept dont really care. Service more helpful when i changed the wheels but i have never had any work done there.

Did you have the fish? No...I ate it.

Some feedback from me. They fixed the clutch and door seal. The day after the ESP system broke due to a badly re-fitted brake pedal switch. The clutch pedal is now clicking again and the door window seal needs refitting as it has moved! They also never phone you back when they say they will

Quite simply the worst dealership I have ever encountered (or at least as bad as Stonacre, Peterborough)!!!
