Hi all
Has anyone had a bad experience at the Silverlinks garage??
I have, I know a friend who was going to buy the new Punto Grande and to do that he was part ex-ing his existing Stilo. I found out he was doing this and asked the garage and him if I could buy it privately, they both said yes. So that was it, I was all set to buy. Weeks later, the director of the company then sells the Stilo to another customer (when the part ex hasn't taken place) and tell me I can't have it anymore. They turn around and say, "we run a business to sell cars"
It obviously doesn't matter to them who gets the car, as long as it gets sold! Whats worse, is that they wouldn't call me to tell me I couldn't have it, I had to phone them to ask when the Punto was going to be ready for my friend which is when they told me I couldn't have the Stilo. On top of that, the people working there, the person that said Yes, is a family member! If they treat family like that, I can't start to imagine how they would treat a normal customer!
