Doblo Turbo overspeed warning.

Hi all,

My multijet 1.3tdi 2007 is intermittently showing the EML with a slight choking of acceleration. Most of the time it’s fine but accelerate hard and it loses power at about 2800 rpm. Drive it gently and it’s okay again. The ODB shows a turbo fault but I suspect a dirty or faulty sensor.
Does anyone know where the boost sensor is positioned?

Hi,
best 1.3 MJ info is in Panda section ,

may be worth using an additive for a tankful.. cheaper than any sensor

I put a wynns additive in yesterday as it happens. It’s got a bit more acceleration but I’m going to check hoses tomorrow as it was revving well right up to 4000 if I take it there steadily, but a boot to the floor brings in the problem at about 2800.

On a Panda that would sound like a sticky turbo actuator rod... don't know if the Dobbie has the same setup though.
