ok guys talked to my lawyer and its not worth suing them. would cost me what I would get back.

the car wheal sensors are still not working breaks never got fixed tires need to be replaced at least one the front left had a nail in it and is borderline mot fail. paint never was fixed just buffed out. so I have to pay out of my own pocket to put these thing right. :bang:

All in all I wont ever use Halfords again even if its just for a bottle of screen wash

thanks for all your comments and support

Don't know who your lawer is but if you win your case, even in small claims court, you get all your costs back. You can place a claim online for a modest fee, no lawer required. Put everthing you re claiming for in the firt pperwork, don't forget to include interest, it's not automatic and can add up if the case drags on.

Further too Robert's post, if you keep your claim value in the small claim monetary limit, even if you lose Halfords can't make you pay their costs even if they choose to use a solicitor.
