The customer purchased the master cylinder himself and unfortunatly the part was wrong. therefore we had to modify the cylinder to fit the van and make complete new brake pipes from the cylinder to the calipers both front and back. we contacted the customer a number of times but as we had spoken to the joint owner of the vehicle and not the owner that collected the car, we had not made any part of the job unclear or unknown to the customer. upon collection of the van we explained the situation to the customer but our explanation was met with rude retaliations. our work on the vehicle was 100% professional and our approach to the job was also professional. The vehicle had a number of faults which we had rectified. the vehicle had come into us in need of major repair. unfortunatly we cannot please every customer. where as most customers understand that old vehicles require major attention and sometimes modification when parts are no longer available, someothers dont. we like to take this opportunity to express how disapointed we are that this particular customer wasnt satisfied, but also like to mention that our other customers find our professional work ethic and affordability to be satisfactory i took my 1985 fiat 900t here for a service and master cylinder changing.
