Being a small Island we only have one Fiat main dealer, and I would like to express how pleased I have been with their attitude and customer service. Nothing has ever been too much trouble - from ordering the car, to the delivery handover, the knowlege of Tim, our salesman, who took the time to put together a deal that we were happy with. The car has had to go in 3 times, first for a software recall for the airbags, second for replacement of the screen wash jets and 3rd for a split breather hose. On each occasion I just called in on the off-chance to book these jobs in, and in each case they fitted the car in there and then, while I waited. 10/10 folks, many are complaining about Main Dealer attitudes, but Harwoods have it spot on!!

One negative, as much as they are a good dealer, the first time i went to them looking for parts i went into the showroom looking for someone to help me and i was in there at least ten minutes and no one showed. I had to go into the Renault bit and spoke to them, they then showed me in the right direction. It's a Renault/Fiat dealer and in the Renault half there were plenty of staff, i can't say much for the Fiat dealer half. They did have a tasty diesel edition 500 :yum:
The main quip i have is with my service light, if i get my car serviced anywhere other than Fiat, i still have to go to the dealer to get the service light turned off. For a charge, of course ;) Oh and then im put on their system and i get post asking for when my MOT is due (pretty soon) but i need a service, i dont need one for 9000 miles :p They are helpful, but i think the way my panda needs the service light done by them restricts where i can go for a service.

Hi Nathan....!! I`m really sorry about your first visit to our Fiat showroom and not being spoken to within 10 minutes, just to give you a back ground to our showroom though, due to there being 2 sales staff in the showroom, we get really busy with sales and car demonstrations which sadly allows the showroom to be unattended at times during the day, but we do our best for one of us to be in the showroom as much as possible, I`m not sure when your visit was but last year Mike was away from work for 10 weeks due to a back op and I was away from work with a broken shoulder for 4 weeks early this year and of course we like to take holidays sometimes...( hee hee..! ) which ment there was only one of us during those periods working the 6 days each week trying to do all the work which was tough going. All I can say Nathan is sorry for your first vistis experience and I hope we get it right in the future for you...! (y) Tango Tim :)

I forgot i posted here, don't worry :) While i was in there i had a good look at the cars :D

Was the first time i'd been there and didn't know the layout of the place. It does i think tie in with your low staff levels! Oh god, you lot will know it's me when i drive in in a blue panda
