Had my car serviced ther ther so called Major service in october it is supose to cover Plugs, oil filter, air filter, and all fliuids inc coolant, anyway car was having trouble starting last week so thought will check the plugs and do a 6 monthley oil change and filter, it turn's out the plugs had not been replaced nor had the air filter but its like six months after the event so carn't go back and complain anyone else had the same problems.

I've heard some bad things about a few of these nation chains, I'm sure some of the centre are fine though.

You can always add you advice / experience to some of the online review centre, I know I for one look into garages before I get them to do work.

I'd still go and complain, they shouldn't be allow to get away with it. Possibly try Citizens Advise, or write to the head-office of the company, if the garage aren't interested.

Hi, this is very difficult to prof that they haven't done the job properly. Even VW dealer ( Redditch ) also have the same problem. This day never trust them, make sure you taken some photo from your engine b4 send it to the workshop. After collect it, open the bonet straight away, check for sign of cheat or more important left any tools in you engine. Yes, complaint anyway, you may got lucky this time. Good luck.
