Just felt i had to give praise where its due.
I have owned my Grande Punto Sporting 1.9 MJTD for over 5 months now and i have taken it back to Vospers in Truro each and every time i have been unhappy with something on the car.
when i forst bought the car it was given a FULL Service and on my Request they changed the Wheel nuts (rusty) fitted new tyre (worn) repaired Drivers seat (creaking) replaced Rear wheel bearing and even provided a touch up paint stick.
Then since ive had it its been back for, New injector, Replaced Coolant Hose, Sorted rattle in boot, replaced front suspension Top mounts, regreased tracking rods and 4 point tracking adjustment, regreased all door hinges and catches to sort out minor rattle and on Friday they are replacing the boot catch (usual Issue with saying open when not).

All in all it could have cost me a fortune. But under Warranty, without any quibble and always ever Helpfull, never anything to minor or a problem for them, they help me out .

so if your in Cornwall and need a Fiat Dealer ... Vospers Truro
Ive never seen any better service. :D

I'm in Camborne and gave Vospers a ring in Camborne for a price to do the cam belt. They couldn't even be bothered to ring back with a price.I may try Truro and see what they say

I got a price of £454 to do the cambelt and water pump.I have found on the car computer system that there is still 11000m till the next service so i take it that's for the cambelt. If so i will leave it go till then.Is there a reset button or anything that has to be reset once the cambelt has been changed

Wish I could be as complimentary about Vospers in Plymouth. They have the contract to look after our work vehicles (blood service cars, used in emergencies with blue lights and sirens). The service we receive is attrocious. One of our vehicles recently developed an ESP fault and we were asked not to use it until repaired. Vospers kept us waiting over a week, and failed to supply the replacement vehicle that our contract apparently stipulates. Reception staff are apathetic to the point of being downright rude.

I can only hope they're better with private customers as they are my only option in the area for purchasing a new Punto.
