Just wanted to let all you Fiat owners in Somerset know about LB Autos in Somerton (specialise in Italian cars) and give then a rave . Lui is the chap I have dealt with and you could not ask for a more helpful person, nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for personal service on where the person you speak to is the person that services your car, then LB Autos is the place to go.
Before you ask no I dont work for them, just think in all the garages i have used for my Fiats and now my Alfa they are worth a big plug.

I can confirm too, that they are brilliant. I bought Lui's Barchetta from him in 2007 and he services both our cars. I would be reluctant to let anyone else near the Barchetta.

Hey there! I also have been using Lui's, they have been looking after my alfa romeo 147 for the last six years, servicing and repairs cambelt clutch etc. They are amazing and look after my little baby! Would recommend this garage to all alfa owners.

We discovered LB Autos a couple of years ago via a friend (thanks Steve!) They've been very good indeed. They can work on any make and model but specialise in Italian marques so we use them to repair and service our 147 GTA.

This focus means they've seen most things before saving diagnosis time, for example worn front wishbone, dislocated Xenon adjuster and broken windscreen wiper assembly. It also means they know all the tricks to get the job done quickly e.g. you need to remove the bumper to replace the halogen sidelights on Xenon cars (which blow every 18 months-2 years).

Genuinely nice, friendly, competent people who don't patronise my wife when she's picking up or dropping off the car, in fact they talk to her one petrolhead to another, just like they do with me. Their labour rates are very reasonable, sometimes zero... I was over giving Sue a lift one day when my RR P38 sprang a coolant leak; the next thing I know Lui is under the bonnet tweaking a hose clip. Didn't charge me a bean...

He's also available for weddings, parties and other functions needing live music...
