Losing out Lipscomb

Went to Lipscomb Aylesford to buy a fiat for my son and I. There was a blonde lady sat upstairs at her desk when we walked in. She looked straight at us then pretended she had not even seen us - left us standing there for about 3 - 4 minutes, because there was no one else around to assist, we walked straight back out. Now that's service for you. We won't be going back there - I can assure you of that!

right site?.....yes but there could be a number of reasons why this woman didn't respond to you being there so its abit unfair to come on a public forum to dismiss a whole dealership based on a 3 minute experience.

what site was you looking for? we are a forum of fiat owners and lovers. 100% unofficial.

the lady may have been a book keeper or some thing like that.
if you go into asda an there is a big queue on check outs an one till not manned you don't see the manager, security guard or store cleaners open up another till just to serve some one

but asda has automatic (steal all you want) checkouts these days.....not that I know what a shop looks like inside but wife told me, sound like ghastly places
