Has anyone used this dealership, and if so has your experience been good or bad?

(mine was bad, but it may just be me).

mrs jai and i used them 5 years ago to buy her panda, and they were excellent, very helpful, gave us use of the demo car unsupervised for extended period of time, and put up with the mrs changing her mind on colour...3 times after they had placed the initial order!!!

I had a bad experience with them and I don't intend to ever go to them ever again. They tried to rip me off when buying an Abarth 500. Ended up using the dealership in Romford and ordered my car from there.

We have just ordered our 500 from them on the 25th April.
We had a awesome guy help us, name Ameer.
He even organised a service car for a week when we went away as we did not want to use our car. How cool is that!

Only downer so far, is he cant give me an update on my car until it arrives, or he knows more.
So still waiting on my 500, but so far he has been really awesome.

On a side not, his manager who had to sign off some stuff, was a sour faced grumpy guy. If i had him, then the way he delt with us for 5mins i would have told him where to shove it.
So just ask for Ameer and say Savell sent you.

Also organised some extras like mats at a staff discount
