they take too long to do the repairs and have managed to leave my door with a "bulge" it would have looked better if they just left the dint that they were trying to repair!!!

Always get serviced, MOT'd and repaired from someone with a reputation.

i didnt know anything about the garage untill it was there anyway

got it back now (after the re-work you can see slight 'ripples' from side on in the right light but im not bothered about that for the hastle it will cause!

Depends if your willing to fight it out iv just waited 2 months and its just been done by fiat

moan about it. at the end of the day you pay your insurance and you should expect the job to be up to your standard.

You should be able to dispute it and get it redone. When my neighbour reversed into my car twice I tried to get my insurance to let me choose the body shop. They wouldnt so I didnt go any further with my claim, im going to have to pay for it myself to get the quality I want.

hmm il have a think about it.... really cant be bothered with the hassle for a y reg punto... yes i do like my car and i like to look after it etc but the ripples are hardly noticable, i didnt notice them until the engineer at work had a very close look and pointed it out to me!
