I'm looking for a decent fiat dealership in stoke on trent as my service and mot is coming up, i refuse to use BS Marsons... bunch of *****!!

BS Marsons are sh**. So I use Bostons of Milford in Stafford. Fantastic service! I live in hanley and its worth the trip. Will not rip u off and are main Fiat delars!

I know what you mean about Marsons. Took my Panda there for 3 year service and MOT. Cost me £300 and there was nothing wrong with it.

I take it to an independant garage now who can serice all makes (has the full range of computer software/dianostics). Carcraft in Hanley (near the Jaguar garage).

Ive used Platts quite a lot in the past and in general (as far as servicing is concerned) they have been OK. Ive found them to be less good on the sales side though.

There is an independant garage not far from Platts in Longton that gets a lot of the Platts 'overspill' work, called Savage's in Dunrobin Street. Their work has always been very good for me so it might be worth a look?

yeah ill give them a look, see marsons are the opposit away around, the saleside they cant do enough, but the mechanics are absolute tossers, they HATE fiats, have a **** attitude in general.

Why do you want to use a Fiat garage? Just find a local garage with a good rep and take it there. Will get alot better service.

All Fiat dealerships offer menu pricing these days but if you look into it its very dear for what it is!!! or ur getting!
Platt's garage has always been good,i worked there for 12 years :slayer:
people have horror stories from every garage going,Simon Dean's garage aint bad either one of there tehc's is Fiat trained and was a member team of Platts for years!!,if you go there ask to speak to Terry Barlow and mention Richie Wallis put you in touch!!!
I also have a friend who's a top technician Fiat and Alfa Trained (and still works for them) can give you his number if required??
can also get you genuine parts with discount if you want,run my alfa on selenia racing oil and id recomend it to all you fiat guys,doesnt gum up the valves on 16v puntos either!!!
