:D Called last week to their service department to have warranty work done on my 1.3 Multijet Panda 58 reg. They were very helpful, friendly and all work done no problems. Just how every other Fiat dealer should be in the area, but sadly don't come near! Well worth the trip over the Humber Bridge as well! Thanks.

You've got it. I've slagged them off for the attitude and bad service and failure to acknowledge that they scratched all my paint on my back bumper when they wiped dirt off it.
Don't use the rock and farmers, they don't deserve it. The worrying thing is that Fiat UK said they couldn't do anything to help because the dealership denied it. Scary that.
Meanwhile first impressions of Jordans was very good. Also when I told them about the bumper they took it into their workshop after doing a warranty thing on my gearstick and they buffed up the paint with thinners etc and made it look better - no cost either!
There are dealerships and there are dealerships!

yea, jordans generally are not bad, I got annoyed with them in jan, when they were told about a minor problem with washer jets, when my car went in for service, but they didnt sort it, we had to take it back, as we live 30 miles from the dealership, it was inconvenient, but I would still reccomend them.
They dont give the cheapest quotes on service prices, but if you find another dealer cheaper, they have a price match policy, which is useful to know.
Shaun the service manager is particularly helpful.
If you are buying a new car, they will match any deal you can get offered nationally.
