Top Service very impressed :) Have got my car in even when fully booked and i just turned up and dumped it on them yesterday :) Have restored my believe in fiat aftercare after my experience last week with Evans Halshaw in mansfield.

Not really impressed with this lot.

I was at first as they seemed to do a quick turnaround for something that they said was an abnormal though minor problem with my 18 month old FIAT under warranty.

Along with sorting out the problem they said they gave the car a quick once over and checked the levels - oil, brake fluid, coolant, screen wash etc.

I grew suspicious when it looked like the car hadn't moved from where I parked it. I grew more suspicious when within a few miles of driving away I noticed the issue was still evident. And then when my screen wash run out the following day, I realised they probably hadn't had a look at anything.

I had vowed never to go to his garage again after my experience having a test drive of another car - the salesmen seemed to be elsewhere the whole time, didn't really have any positive answers for my comments or questions, spent the entire time texting his mates and even turned on the radio and started singing along. The only time I got anything out of him was him taking the mickey out of my driving, even though I explained I was a bit nervous and rusty as my previous car (which I hadn't driven for a year) was an automatic.

Was well pleased though when I got a follow-up call from GK head office about my visit and test drive experience, and I told them exactly what happened... hopefully the little s**t got a right ticking off.

Anyway, I haven't had a chance to take the car back since then to get them to deal with the issue, and I'm half-inclined to take it elsewhere out-of-town. I'm certainly not going to be taking my FIAT there for its 2 year service, especially not at £360 a pop!
