absolutely AWESOME place, quality guys there and a nice selection of cars too. a teensy bit out of the way but otherwise fantastic!

T.J.Vickers (Shrewsbury)

Can I put a good word in for T J Vickers of Shrewsbury? Took my car in for it`s first service yesterday,and they seem to have given it a thorough going over. The staff are friendly and polite and seem to know their job. I would recommend them to all you people out there in the North West(and North Wales now the Colwyn Bay agents have sold up)

All this is good to hear as I've booked my GP in for its 1st service at LC Newport. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone today, booked it in for Thursday.

Thursday has been and gone and the guys at LC Motors did a great job, I'll definatly be going back...trouble is I've taken a shine to the yellow 500 in the showroom now!

Does anyone know if LC Motors are still in business?

I have left numerous messages and sent e-mails but cannot get a reply.

Have they gone bankrupt or is their customer service just appalling??

i was at their cwmbran branch a couple of weeks ago and there was no mention of them closing, altough fiat have given a dealership to wessex which from what i've heard are only interseted in new cars

Definately still going strong, had new phone system installed which is causing problems, go to parts and ask for NINO and explain situation, will definately get sorted.

LC Motors are not closing down, they will become service dealers instead of main dealers, yes having problems with communications at the mo, if can't get hold of newport try cwmbran on 01633 876411 (easier to get to any way). Bill Penn is on the sick and may return in the future as sales manager, Sales persons are Mike Newport and Paul Cwmbran, spot on fellows as well.

Yes they do warranty, they just wont be selling alfa's and maybe selling fiats not sure yet.

Dont know about the alfa's and to be honest who cares as long as I can get get my warranty work done on the new panda we bought there a few weeks ago..

..as far as service goes in the surrounding area I wouldn't use Wessex in Cardiff or Newport..If I couldnt use L.C I would have to find a decent independent to cover the warranty..
