I had my Fiat Punto in for a service at my Fiat dealer this week and also to find out if I have a gearbox problem.

When I goit back one of the alloys had a gouge in it, 2 of the Fiat centre caps have been cracked and to top it off 3 scratches about 4inches long on the car. The service manager reacons the alloys and centres where like that when i took it in, ths scratches at the moment are being looked into


This is my 2nd service there and the fact that they are telling me that the gearbox is ok when it clearly isnt is giving me cause for consern.

So be warned give them your car and expect it to be in worse condition when you get it back
