Introduction
Here is my Fiat Punto Active Sport Mk2b. It is a 1.2L 8V. Itis my first car so it hasn’t had any major modifications as of yet! But I dohave plans to modify it soon as I gain 1 year’s No Claims Bonus.
It has had 2 brand new gear linkage cables fitted as theysnapped in the first 10 miles that I drove it!
It is also stuck in my drive at the moment as the gear boxhas blown and caused a major oil leak and lead to the clutch beingcontaminated. I am buying a second hand gearbox and a new LUK clutch thisweekend so should hopefully be back on the road early next week!
All this and its only done 57000 miles!
- Modifications I have already done:
- A debadged grill.
- A complete Alpine Head Unit that improves the music qualitymassively as it has a 50 watts x 4 amplifier!
- Future Modifications:
- Eibach Sportline 40mm springs
- Some new alloys (not sure on which ones yet so let me knowif theres any good ones for a Punto you know of)
- 4” Sportex Backbox
- Window tints for the back 3 windows
- Removing the door strips.
- Fitting Punto Side Skirts.
