Mostly minor, and or custom modifications:
Installed Aftermarket Stereo. The first aftermarket head unit I bought died recently. It was a 7" flip out touch screen android with all the fun stuff like GPS, Bluetooth/wifi, Rear and Front camera inputs, RCA output for Sub and RCA for both Front L&R and Rear L&R audio, etc. Sadly I'm currently using a cheap head unit until I can afford a new one.
Installed Rearview Mirror with built in monitor and two video inputs.
Installed/wired both a Rear and a Front Camera, with both video signals to Rearview Mirror. Also wired in separate switches to manually turn selected camera on/off when desired, I found using the reverse light as a trigger turn on annoyed me.
Installed a Rockville 12" Powered Subwoofer. I ended up blowing the original Rockville Sub because my phones audio EQ app on top of my car stereo EQ was a little too much for it, oops.. Then I tried replacing it with a cheap 12" Jensen sub from Walmart, and it lasted about 10 min before literally going up in smoke so that was a $50 lesson... So then I got a 12" Pioneer sub from Walmart, and it's still bumping like a champ in that Rockville enclosure using the original built in amp.
I custom fitted and riveted one of those Pickup-Truck back window Gun Racks to my back seats so it sits in the trunk area just above my Subwoofer Box! It perfectly holds my .22 rifle on the bottom, and then either my AR-15 or dad's lever action 30-30 perfectly on top.
I bolted a pistol gun holster underneath driver seat for easy access and safe storage. Bonus: the holster is an actual California Sheriff issued leather holster I got from my uncle(yes he was a sheriff) like 25yrs ago!
I installed a center console that only after receiving it did I find out that it was only designed for the EU model NOT the US model, also that one had not even been designed for the US model. It was designed to use the backseat cup holder for mounting it easily, but the US and EU models are WAY different in the area from the front cup holders below the shift knob to the backseat cup holder... So I had to make my own custom mounting bracket to make it mountable.
I installed better ground Wires to the battery, chassis, and engine grounding points.
Replaced factory battery terminal ends with nicer terminals that had 8-0 gauge connections
Had to rewire hatchback wire harness, because wires will eventually break and short out.
I took apart the dash and gave the parts a custom paint job with either Black Base color and Red "Blood Spatter" or Red Base and Black "Blood Spatter" kind of look..This was my first attempt/experiment with custom painting interior parts, it was a learning process to figure out the best method of painting these interior plastic pieces.
Put it all together and Voilà, it's my one of a kind customized Fiat 500!
Will edit and add to this as I do more.
