Well fall 2007 most likely means Christmas 2007 or maybe easter 2008 with the inevitable delays, so good old Blighty will probably get it around summer 2008

well a lot of the big releases in the USA have been non region coded.
problem for M$ is if they release it in america a lot of people may mod there 360's to run copys just for that game.
it may be they plan a global release

Sorry for the late reply Custard, so busy lately. There was no error code but I had been removing the HDD regularly so the HDD error may be the problem, it's not happened since so fingers crossed it may just have not been seated correctly. Thanks for the info mate

just need the cash but TBH whilst i know the followed the halo 3 colours it looks IMO like somthing someone made at home!
plus i wonder if the halo 3's have HDMI? woould kill its potential resale value if not

from what i seen on the add it had the 20g hdd so maybe it wont spec'd on the elite with HDMI

HDMi will be coming to all 360's,just depends what spec they use
