Any one else downloaded it yet?

Im confused and angered by it....its like my xbox has had a illicit affair with a wii! Although sure it will grow on me when I figure out where everything is!

Ah, I will log on again to Live - I tried it at 7am, and I think I was a bit too early..

Yeah ive got it. Only things i like are loading games to HD and 1680x1050 res update. If i'd wanted a wii i would have got one:bang:. Tried one game on the HD and it seems to load quicker and run smoother

whats this about HD ???

You can load the games onto the Hard drive like on pc. You still need the disc to start the game but after it is running the disc is stationary = quieter, quicker loading, smoother gameplay etc

I absolutely love it. The whole loading the game onto the HD is a brilliant idea. Was just using it. Its so so so much better!

I like a few aspects of it but being 47 i find it hard to get excited about dressing up a figure so it looks like me

i think its good, itll problys take me a few dsyas of so to get used to it, but ill get there in the end

true. this is what i first thought. but microsoft being microsoft must of seen this coming.:doh: Must be some sort of way for them to stop it.

there is a hack around just about anything

i dont see it being any more than is already availabe
however i wonder how hardthe next gen of consoles will be
disc firmware hacking came around right at the end of xbox 1's life so M$ didnt really see it coming

before ps3 came out i heard rumours that if you bought a game it had a license key much like you do on a PC. Thus preventing selling it on and other things.

only downside to hacking your xbox is if microsoft catch you your live account is banned! no fun.

I use live way too much for that to happen.

first impressions are that it looks confusing. the old look seemed to work fine to be honest and seemed simple enough. hope it is just a case of getting used to it. the hd uploading seems a good idea but i can only fit on one game at once.

do the games now use the hd to load faster? (i dont mean if uploaded to the hd but in general when running from the disc )

im loving it

hardly anything works in the marketplace or whatever it's called now
