I always said i'd buy a PS3 for GT...thankfully sony don't seem to want me to put my money where my mouth is anytime soon...
I jumped the gun and got mine 2 days after release, damn sunday boredom!
The only reason really was for GT5, so that cost me 300 nicker in depreciation for nowt, I'll be picking up the cheapest low spec PS3 I can find on ebay when it does come out

The only Fiat confirmed so far is the original 500. Nice to see Lamborghini making an appearance though!

If your desperate to see cinqs and sei's they were in gran turismo 2 iirc.
GT2 will look more like a mosaic on a large tv these days - the graphics are awful by todays standards.

Gran Turismo have always done prologues. Its a preview of the game. Usually about 40% complete. They are a true rip off. However speaking to a guy in gamestation, he hinted that it would be in by christmas.
Hmm they might only be putting damage in the rally races. It looks kind of silly without deformable barriers anyway.
and the fact the damage only happens to the players car...
Also is there any panel deformation? or scratching? Hmm looks a bit of an after thought...

no chance, its been pushed back to 2010 now, they're "touching up parts of the physics engine"
They seem to be constantly adding new bits every time they're close to release.
Forza 3 will be out soon on the xbox 360 and it looks to have already beaten GT5, Com'on Sony, Microsoft have made 3 forza's in the same amount of time its taken you to release 1 and delay another

Well tbf at work we've now been told 3rd of December or so (there was a managers meeting discussing new releases). Personally I've always said next year and looking at that video I hope to god thats either a very early build from six months ago only just seeing the light of day and its super epic now or they are going to spend a 6 months polishing it but that does not look like a finished game. All the the things that were wrong with Prologue are still there, no sense of speed, a detachment between car and track and rubbish sound effects (Don't argue just listen to that boring drone that they seem to think is what an impreza rally car sounds like).

Hope its not anywhere near the final build for PDs sake otherwise they've spent 4 years updating GT4, a game which I do own and tbf was bored to tears by...It was at that point the Playstation went bye bye not owned one since..

i hope its not like GT4 and to be honnest im a tad disapointed by that car list!
im a true gran turismo fan have completed 1,2,3,4,and concept 100% (ish....) WHY THE HELL DO THEY KEEP PUTTING IT OFF! i dont own a ps3 but as soon as it is released i am getting one and playing it none stop! i played prolouge and was disapointed with that too the interior ( drivers view) looks good but the gameplay lacked and i hope theres going to be an online feature with loads of players...
