I was browsing ebay the other day, and came across a Dual Shock 3 controller. evidently an official ps3 product but its from Japan.
Has anyone any idea whether it'd work with a PAL ps3? surely its just the matter of having a bluetooth signal?

also... how gutted is everyone now theres an 80gb ps3 :bang: lol, i thought havin the 60gb was ace lol :D
 
dont see why it wouldnt work.depending on firmware you may find features dont work.is that the one where they finally worked out leaving out the rumble was a mistake?

as for the 80gb ps3,im not gutted.just another version for all those fanboys who slate the 360 for all its versions ;)

I think the dual shock 3 was a late release coz they couldn't make it work with the tilt functions of the sixaxis but meh. i dunno, i wasn't there :p lol.
Sounds stupid but i can't update anythin coz i don't have wireless at mo so can't get onto the ps network anyway :eek: lol.
might jus leave it for now and get a uk controller when its released... it won't be white either haha.
 
cable not long enuf lol. only comp that recieves broadband is at opposite end to the house and on a diff floor to my room lol.
I need to go buy a wireless router rele and hope it works. Live in timber framed house tho so dunno if that affects signal range and that :(

it was late because they were getting sued for using another company's design for the rumble feature it the came to an agreement with the company doing the sueing hence the release
 
i'm well pissed off, just bought an extra controller before xmas, now you can get white dual shock ones off of ebay (yet to be released in uk but still work!) :( typical, same with everything, you wait a while, but then it either gets cheaper or improved when you buy one.
