Hi Guys,

My brother in law has asked me to change his headlight bulb on his Stilo, and says it's a bumper off job!...Surley not. So I'm looking for a bit of guidance as to what kind of job it is. At this stage I don't know what side needs replaced, but if there is an awkward side that's the side that'll need replaced...no doubt.

I don't think it's bumper off, but a lot of modern cars are. A lot come with a (useless) hatch in the wheelarch that a toddler would struggle to get their hand through.

TBH if it is, best way around it is to loosen the bumper rather than remove, undo the headlamp and unhook it from the loose bumper to give you hands wiggle room (or even change the bulbs with the lights off the car.

Thanks guy's...It was a sidelight on the nearside, and a headlight on the offside. Battery and tray out for the nearside, and top mount for the washer bottle for the offside. No biggy really.

Thanks.
