Posts: 465 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | rear brake adjusters how do these work then? just turn them then hammer drum on? hand brake non existent got full travel.as shoes have life in them should i try to get function back or (as i got new shoes&cable) bin the ones on the car??

Posts: 465 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | ns shoes 5mm os shoes 7mm that bargain angle grinder turns out its 110v oh flippin heck i had a lip on ns drum but none on os lip removed think ill just replace cable and swop shoes/sides so they same on both sides and see how i go as im on my own on this

Posts: 11 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Can't remember where I heard it but stick it into reverse, get up some speed then slam on the anchors. This seems to throw out the shoes in some way. My Cinque failed the MOT on a poor hand brake last year. Garage did as above, passed MOT.
