Well I got bored of the silver dash inserts so I decided to wrap them the same colour as the air tank

IMAG0109.jpg[/attachment:i85he1gh]

Also took the detailing a step further and removed the rear lights cleaned them clay bared then ceramic sealed them to protect them for the year

IMAG0097.jpg[/attachment:i85he1gh]

Also met up with my pal who has an r32 golf on air so had to take a cheeky snap

As embarrassing as this is to admit I just had to go out and check if I had silver dash inserts too as I've never noticed. I'm in the car every day and it's not registered :red:

Anyway, I'd say grey rather than silver and the same grey as the headlights so thank feck I never went for the chrome replacements

OK so i have being working on dory again done quite a bit first up was removing the bumpers to remove the water from the fog lights apparently a common problem next up was checking for rust and thank god there isn't much next up was the next mod on dory's ever growing list making easily removable reg plates.

Yes I've gone mad again and decided I need a splitter but as well all should know the universal ones look crap so I've taken it upon myself to make my own I've started out with the initial design cut it out and quickly realised its very wide so I'm planning on cutting it down by 5cm each side to bring it from 170cm to 160cm hopefully then it won't look so wide but I think the thickness is about right my plan is to either make it from fiberglass or carbon fiber either way it will be a one of a kind but let me know your thoughts etc

And she's broke AGAIN So 2 weeks ago the needle roller bearings went bang in the drive shaft 250 quid later and lots of swearing she was back on the road and now heading home tonight the clutch release bearing makes that all familiar rattle from the gearbox so here's fingers crossed its not another broken clutch and release bearing cause if so dory won't be moving for a few weeks

Oh yeah also forgot to mention on this segment of fix it again tomorrow I have had to buy new ignition leads as I've being told the cause of my misfire is my ignition leads being loose.
