So I totalled up everything I bought for my FMIC and it come to just over £252. Airtec want £450 an forge want a little more. With some time, I managed to fit my own FMIC for just under £200 cheaper than the airtec one, and its a larger intercooler that I fitted. I think thats a win for me anyway. Still no pictures yet as the car is dirty as hell.

Had a little read through Scoop and read the part about the turbo's. Your car should have the IHI turbo, as does the Abarth Grande Punto which are only good for around 175-180 bhp.

The Garrett (1336?) was then added to the Esseesse grande, punto evo and the new 180 bhp Comp which are good for around 230bhp I believe. Just adding some info in for the turbos really but the TD04 you are going for is cheaper and can produce bigger gains than the latter, just don't boost it too much as you will get huge turbo lag. The equivalent Garret turbo compared to the TD04 would be the Garret 1446, would be easier to fit and less lag but it will cost a heck of a lot more I bet!
