Bravo named Clunky

Bravo named Clunky

I have an update! The bolts I am definitely getting back this Friday, six of which are complete, two of which I will need to get a machine shop to do, as my friend just no longer has the time to do it. So, all being well, a week and a half from now, I should, should, have the wheels fitted.

Coupe wheels are still sitting around, and going to either make them into a table, or take offers for them.

Finally, I have found a place that can do custom springs, which means I will be able to get the back lower. Then lower the front some more to compensate

Then, come November time, I am going to be looking to wave buhbai to Clunky, and move onto something faster.

Good stuff mate. Coupe table sounds class :p

What kind of car would you move to? Fiat still or not?

Stick with the Italian Adam.

Not sure, just fancy a change. We will see though, knowing me I will keep Clunky and go nuts with it :)

hmm mini cooper s :)
a john cooper works one would be better :)

Would, but insurance is painful on them D: plus the bodykit to my eyes looks crap.

A lot :) like you saw on Facebook Andi, taking the coilovers off to send the rear springs away, so as to get custom ones made up to get it lower. Plan another 30mm out the rear. Id say another 15mm out the front too. The thread length on the front is mad, all the way down i would imagine the car will be beached.

how much can you get this done for.... i need some rears for the stilo made, but the off the shelf ones are too high..... they wont level the car out with the coilovers..... id also like a smaller spring for the coilies at the front.

I am £132 delivered for the rears, and i think a set is around £170. It does mean you have to either measure them, or send them off to their workshop though.
coilsprings.co.uk i believe, tho i will double check when i can jump on my computer after work.

Haha yeah, the site is pretty funny.

Think I am gonna wait for the springs though, as this is the picture of the rear...gonna need to roll and pull the arches before anymore lows happen.
