Not actually done anything as of yet .... as i had been working on the honda all weekends with snapped track rod ends and bust cv boots. Lastly the nut that is welded on inside a box section has came out .. so out come the grinder to sort that ...

But this is back on full swing this week, hope the sun is coming out tho!

So it was more than just the Trackrod ends that were F***ed then Ming!
I knew bout the trackrods but not about the CV's!!

You were a lucky man that track rod?ball joint? didn't pop at hight speed.....doesen't even bare thinking about,

Hope all goes well with the Cento and the weather holds out and you get it ticking over,

Yeah snapped at a car park when full lock... was seriously lucky!!!

Got ti wired up again, and the starter were clicking but the fuel pump is not priming!!! Will investigate again tomorrow!

Hi Ming,

This is just a thought??,if the solenoid on the starter is clicking??? and the pump not priming???are you sure you've not run the battery down?? like i said just a thought,

donald, yeah i have been using a booster pack everytime i try to start it.

Well tony, has taken ma loom ecu and d4 adaptor to check it on his 1.4 16v cinq. So just awaiting results!

Today, took the box off, fitted clutch arm, refitted the box. Fitted drive shaft and generall doing all the little annoying job, so when winter comes. All i need to worry about is wiring and not ly on the fooking cold puddle!

Not much left i need to do now. ORdered new front engine mounts, poly engine mount inserts and a new raditor .......... why am i spending so much money again ?

Even I can't wait to see this beast!!

Done a few things to the car, rust converter than underseal complete. Brough the silicon elbow to make the induction kit. ECU, box and key matched by reddy on FF.

Should be getting my loom and D4 back, so once that is back, will have another go at started it!

This is now running !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll take some pics and hopefully layout the wiring as simple as i can. As most other I read a slightly misleading ...

Again thanks to Steve, wouldn't of achieve this with out ya . Only thing left to do is, take it to exhuast place and get them to mate up the punto 16v down pipe to the cinq system. Then is Mot time
