well all parts and tyres have arriced and fitted them an hour ago :D

you'll just get away withh that on an mot IMO

borderline but the top of the turning surface is covered fully

borderline legal, just the way it should be :D :D :D

liking the change in proportion its given the car :D

only 2 centre caps but i dont worry about that trivial stuff considering the alloys were 75 quid

you want to feel the gap behind the wheel to the shocks :D can just squeeze a finger in :) and those pics are when i had just fitted them so hadnt really settled with the car being jacked up its a little tighter now :D

That's more than you can do on James's Cinq... just get the tip of your finger under the arch.

he was talking about the gap to the shocks with the finger though rather than arch gap

if we're talking about gaps between wheels to mechanical parts, i win. front wheel to track rod ends, gap? width of one sheet of a4 paper :D

Aaah right.
What I meant with James's though is you can barley fit the tip of your finger under the wheel arch due to how low James put the car.
Just look at my photo's from St A on FB & you'll see what I mean...

If it's gap competition, then I say get your Cinq & James's Cinq together & see who's is lowest...

james cinq is lower than mine so theres not much point in me entering the arch gap competition, it was lower at st.a than my cinq was at its lowest, its not even that low anymore on the borrowed front springs

So he's gone a bit ott with the lowering then?? would you say??
Thing is Martyn's vec & my Punto cleard those bumps on the way up from Fast & Fresh no probs... juts had to wait behind James, wait while he scraped over the bumps... & as the punto doesn't quite have the grunt the Sei had I can't annoy him lime I did back in feb... (just ask Steve M)

Anyway I appear to be spamming Darren's thread as usual...

I know you were, just saying that you & Martyn were infront of James on the way up, so I had to wait for James to get over the bumps.
And I did see Darren's Corrola.

we were watching in the mirror so had a better view of the front of the cinq scraping over ;)

we will see as i havent lowered mine yet :) facelift comes 15mm pre lowered over the pre facelift giving the nice tucked look on the wheels but trying to persuade someone for their BC coilovers :D

Daz the Corolla doesn't need to be any lower.. please don't.
It looks good with the height it's at with the 18"'s on.

Oh & Mark, the exhaust was only clearing the bumps by mm.
