I think it's something in the settings of Stuart's phone. I signed in and clicked remember me using the purple internet app on my s6 before I left work. 2 hours later and no need to sign in again. The fact his laptop keeps him signed in suggests it's a phone/user problem

Can't be the setting of the phone, only just started when the site changed, and I couldn't change the settings of this thing if my life depended on it.

Laptop keeps you signed in right? And that app keeps my account signed in so this doesn't make sense. The only thing I can think of is my admin permissions over-rides something in the app but I really can't think how. I'm testing the theory anyway and will report back tomorrow

Any reason why you're using that app and not a browser like chrome or something? I didn't even know it existed until you mentioned it and i went hunting for it

i have found the issue its to do with the security setting i put in place to stop bots.

just about every time you post your ip address changes this flags up an issue with the security in place and makes your remember me stop working you have changed ip address over 100 times in the last 2 months which is just crazy so i have tweaked it a little and now it should work

Yeah, it was the same for me initially so I moved it to the home screen
