Been a busy week! Area manager has been off for 8 weeks now, so an area manager from southern England is looking after our area as well as hers, from down there.

She came up for a meet-up with us today to put face to name, solve any issues etc. over paid for buffet lunch!

She managed to solve some issues i've had almost as far back as when i started the job two years ago, which is a relief, AND she's pushing the fleet dept for me to get a brand new van!

My car will be ready for tomorrow lunchtime

What started as a pretty poor day has ended in a great day. Got BM back from 3 days in bodyshop and it passed it's MOT with no advisories got home from work and washed and polished the turd ah mean polo lol Might be greeting by Tuesday since the BM is going back for a service :/

• was calling folk on the CB the other day to pass time, i saw this bloke in a 4x4 infront of us with a CB ariel, so thot id give him a shout. So i says ""Eyeball, eyeball, black Mitsubishi 4x4, southbound Forres, come in.."" and i can see him looking all round his car for the "voice" - he couldn't work out where it was coming from!!!

Needless to say, started winding him up a bit for a while, he probably thought it was god speaking to him or something, b4 i eventually told him i was behind him in the van. Priceless •
