Dont you love people who park in car parks.

Parked up this morning as usual, in the back of the carpark. Came back this afternoon to find I was boxed in by two cars - to the site of my car the car that was there when I parked, about a foot in front a red fiesta that had obviously parked afterwards.

After trying (without any joy) to squeeze out, with an empty bit of pavement behind I did the obligatory "ah **** this ****" - only to remember why I hate having a lowered car.

Big thanks to mikey (Sorry mate!) for nipping out and helping - its holding just now, looks like it'll need more attention to sit properly. Plans for the evening ruined cos of one womans selfish parking.

just have to start parkin in a real car park eh mate :wink: ask how much ur mate will be to replace to hangers for me as well while your there if you dont mind?! cheers

Park in a real car park! Ha ha I'd end up paying more than my days wages, the price you are to park in Aberdeen these days! It's awful lol

I'll ask him while I'm there - just hoping he can fix whats there, rather than having to put on new hangers n stuff - dunno - long as the cars fixed tonight I couldn't care! :evil:

Parking is the issue here. And id say it was equal in the 'can't park for toffee' stakes. I hate leaving my car in a public carpark because 9 times out of 10, some chimp has parked silly close to me when there are plenty of other empty spaces around. Even when im the only car parked, i nearly always come back to my car surrounded by other cars. :evil:

We're not talking about Crash figures though. Generally women are safer drivers (note use of the word safer, not better!) HOWEVER when it comes to parking they are hopeless.

Have to agree with the men are generally better drivers, Autocar did a test recently between males and females in a number of tests these were wet grip challenge, a lap of tower circuit, an adverse handling circuit and driving blindfolded, men had an average score 12% higher than women! and whats more the best woman would not have even made it in to the top 5 of the men.

I think its unfair males have to pay higher insurance than females, i pay £500 for third party fire and theft on my 1.1 worth £1200, while someone at work the same age with a 1.4 206 worth £11000 and 6 points is £400 fully comp! now how does that work????? :roll:
