Welcome to the new look Fiat Scotland

After a few issues and delays I'm delighted to share the new Fiat Scotland with you!

First of all thanks must go to @lowered-punto for carrying out the work, backing up the database and moving things over to a shiney new server. We'll still be keeping the .com domain and in many cases it's business as normal. That said, there are a few changes, a few things missing, a few to be re-added and some new faces now signed up to help us.

@marti155 will be helping with our more northerly events
@lowered-punto will be helping with site maintenance, taking a huge amount of pressure and work away from me.

@mrcento will be looking after the site in terms of moderating the posts and forums.

There's still some work to do, but hopefully over the next couple of days we'll have 100% functionality on the site.

If there's anything noticably wrong please just holler!
