My Ducarto 2005 Runs rough at startup ( starts easily) Ok if reved up grradually, Blue white smoke if if revved suddenly? Any one had similar problem? What was the fix?

Is this ONLY WHEN COLD : ok once warm?

2.8 Diesel. It is worse cold but Still not right when warmed up.
If the revs are increased gradually to 3000, every thing sounds good, return to idle stamp the accelerator to the floor for a second and there is smoke, white blue and a miss fire. I am aware of the way older diesels behave but newer ones are more of a mystery.

Problem sorted...
Too much Premium petrol in diesel
Lucky fresh fuel fixed. Wont do it again.
