The nephew is up in Buckie today at their Summer Show. He's well trained and sends me pictures of cars he thinks I'll like. I thought I'd share a couple

Please excuse the crappy pictures, I was juggling the phone and a brolly at the same time. It was a good show today but sadly let down by the typical Scottish weather

I'm honestly gutted at the weather.

The interest in today's event was huge - in the end, a number of drop outs which is entirely understandable. As I said in the post even debrief (held in the pub, co-incidentally) if I wasn't on the payroll today and had been toying with the idea of a long drive to sit in the pissing rain I wouldn't have bothered.

Still, massive thanks to Stuarty for his help yesterday. Also nice to see Vernon (VmanC from FF) this far north. An epic trip which was rewarded with a well earned prize for the furthest travelled.

Now, if you'll all excuse me, I'm going into hibernation until SICD. Much sleep to catch up on >_<

Nowt that can be done about the weather unfortunately. I'm trying not to look at the forecast for this Sunday because it's not as if I can do anything about it if it's bad (looking good at the moment but that doesn't mean a thing with 6 days to go)

The nephew is in Fraserburgh today at their vintage car rally so naturally he's sent me pictures

And this is because I desperately wanted a 205 gti when I was younger. Still do really and he knows it so sends me pictures of them at every opportunity in the hope I'll do something stupid and buy one. Rearrange the letters... Git! :lol:

T'nephew is down at Silverstone this weekend for the Ford Fair so of course it's picture time again.

The lucky sod spotted an Abarth Spider but couldn't get close enough for a better picture
