my speakers in my sei are needing an update 11years old and buzzing like a wasp in a tin can.....so wat speakers would you recomend, my headunit is 45watts with rca out puts as well

Depends on how much money you're wanting to spend? If you're looking to do it on the cheap, you can pick up a pair of 3x3 250 watt Mutants for the doors and a pair of 6x9 350 watt Mutants for the parcel shelf for the sum total of about £40 (including shipping) from eBay.

I've got a pair of BOSS BL4250 up front, 125wRMS per channel and a steal at £25 for the pair. Will run no bother off of your HU for now, and when you decide to amp them they'll be even louder!

Front speakers in the Sei are 4"/10cm
