General Wind screen wiper motor

Hiya
I seem to have a little problem with removing the front wiper motor on my G-reg fiorino.I am able to access the unit,can undo everything I need to but seem to struggle with the centre nut.As soon as I try to loosen it it seems as if the outer (through which the bolt comes out for the wiper arm) 'sleeve' seems to turn too.is there another nut under the panel that's not visible from the outside or do I just have to grind it off?Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks

the above is sorted and after realizing that the gears inside the unit have cracked/broken I need a whole replacement unit.Has anybody got one spare or does anyone know where to get a new unit/Cheers

A (used) wipermotor from an Uno will do.
I replaced mine some years ago with a brandnew Uno wipermotor, although the part numbers for the Fiorino and Uno wipermotor are different, it did fit and worked well.
