Well my new maff upgrade arrived but there is no direction of flow on the case
I'm assuming the I should fit it with the connector plug facing the way the oem one is but is that correct?
Would a picture of it posted up help?

Little trick to get higher boost pressure, you can shorten the actuator arm by a half turn or one turn or more. apparently one turn is about 1psi. I was thinking about doing a half turn for just a touch more boost, but turbo is in a very cramped position to adjust it. I also want to clean egr but in really awkward position and I think you have to remove cooling pipes and stuff to remove it.

I believe you shorten the actuator. It makes the actuator open later and under higher pressure. I got the little retaining C clip off of my actuator arm, but had trouble loosening the retaining nut on the arm as a bit awkward to get any tools in there as it's right up against the front of the engine bay in mine.

AFAIK Euro 4 75 hp's have a fixed non-VGT turbocharger. But i don't know if it has a wastegate actuator or something...

Yeah 75 has a fixed and the 95 has a variable geometry. It's the only hardware difference I've found. I wonder how easy it would be to stick a (larger?) variable on a 75 and have someone custom map it. And whether it would be worth it :p

The difference between the 75 and 95 is just the turbo so your idea will be possible
I had this option when I had my recon engine but thought leave it as I have a nice pokie engine with over 100 bhp with chip

you wouldn't be able to stick a variable turbos onto a engine expecting a fixed one it would likely throw a eml up due to the differing boost profile's
