Hi all. Time for service and a little confused as there seems to be a discrepancy on oil for the 1.3 multi jet! My Fiorino is on a 60 plate and is the non DPF. Is it 5-40 or 5-30. Please help a very confused Fiorino owner. Thanks.

You'll be fine with 5 /30. No doubt some one will come along & give a big spiel about the differences, but 5/30 is fine.

Just to add I had a similar 1.3 engine & changed the oil & filter every six months regardless of mileage. Over 150000 miles on the clock & ticking over like a clock, until it was written off by some idiot who never saw me.

I have been using 5-40 in mine forever with no issues.
It does state 5-40 but fiat changed it to 5-30....i guess to save them having two grades of oil in stock where as one type will do the job across model ranges
