2008/9 fiat fiorino 6 door van
1.3 multijet diesel engine
appears to be a small leaki of oil from behind the bottom pulley on the engine
Whilst the leak is quite small
I hope a technical mind can help me out here

Pls confirm if the crankshaft oil seal is on the bottom pulley wheel of the engine.

Will i be able to change the crankshaft oilseal without removing the engine.

will i have to re[lace timing chain cover gasket whist carrying out this Job

would it be possible for someone to tell me what each of the pulley wheels on the rubber belt do.
For id sake i number pulleys on rubber belt with 1 at the top etc.
