Hi, new guy, I got a 2013 semi-auto Fiorino, not many miles on the clock. needs a proxialign and the blueandme doesn't work but not bothered.

I was wondering if anyone had any hints on where is best to run power cable from battery, through the firewall, to end up under the passenger seat. I'm putting a dirty sub in because I'm a child.
I found a stud for the negative terminal to join onto the chassis just under the glove box but if anyone has a better idea on that I'm all ears too.

Thanks

I can't help with a specific answer but in terms of a portal through the firewall, maybe check behind the fuse box by the OBD port (behind a removable panel by your right knee) as a lot of cabling will come through there to the fuseboard so perhaps a reasonable 'hole' there. Bit of a long feed as the battery is on the opposite side of the engine bay. Are you looking to use heavy gauge cable - thinking of losses over distance..?

Thanks for the reply, found a solution: I found a tiny gap between the body panels behind the battery. fed a coathanger through and pulled the cable into the door frame. fitted the cable under the rubber seal around the door, which both holds it in place and protects it from being squished by the door. Then it just hops over the threshold to the sub under the passenger seat.
