General FIORINO WONT START CODE IS P0657 electrical issue

Hi everyone.
I have a Fiat Fiorino refitted a new engine but now it wont start, I put the scanner on it and the code is P0657 it’s something electrical but cannot figure out what. Does anyone have any ideas?

This will be a power connection (P0657 is power convergence) so battery, wiring, large fuses, relays ignition switch etc.
Check for power on all fuses with igniton on if you find a block with no power trace circuit back.

Quite likely you have missed cnnection or damaged a wire.
